This is starting to get silly! Imagine my surprise when I discovered a fourth photo of the Shopsmith 10ER being used as a Vertical Panel Saw in an early 10ER ad. Here it's called "tall trimming", but I would have suggested something more descriptive like "Quick and Easy Thumb Removal Mode".
